Nature of Hand Casting and Forging Product:
- Our products are molded entirely by hand, with intensive labor, in the 100-year-old workshop passed down from master to master, in the furnace and casting molds inherited from our ancestors, using the sand casting method.
- The A-quality brass ingots melted in the furnace heated to 1100 degrees are poured into sand molds when they become liquid. When the molds left to cool are opened, the first raw products are reached.

- After the rough sanding process, the products that pass the quality control are subjected to fine sanding.
- Scotch process is also applied for a matte appearance.
- For the forged appearance preference, the products are carefully and meticulously forged by our expert forging master with 60 years of experience using different methods to suit the form of each product.
- For the Gold & Dark appearance, a polishing process is applied to the outer surfaces of our products that come out of fine sandpaper. A dark appearance is also provided in the inner parts with an oxidation process.
